Courthouse Main Entrance closed for remodeling starting September 3rd until further notice - The public will need to use the door on the Southwest corner of the courthouse.
Archery Hunting Lottery
Lottery application forms will be available from Monday, August 19th, at 8 a.m. to Friday, August 30th, at 3:00 p.m. The archery deer hunting lottery will be held Wednesday, September 4th, at 8 a.m. in the Lime Creek Nature Center Auditorium.
Rules and Regulations
State of Iowa hunting regulations will be enforced.
- You cannot drive or otherwise place any nail, spike, pin, or any object metal or otherwise into any tree.
- You cannot shoot or attempt to shoot bame within 200 yards of any buildings.
- Hunters are advised to secure stands to avoid theft.
- Lime Creek is a multiple-use area. Be aware of trail locations!
- Future hunting privileges will be revoked for failure to complete and return the Cerro Gordo County Conservation Board post-season hunting survey by the deadline.
The Conservation Board reserves the right to issue additional permits in order to promote hunter participation and harvest.
