2024 Tax Sale Information – The Cerro Gordo County Treasurer’s Office will be utilizing an online auction site to conduct the 2024 Tax Sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday June 17, 2024.
The Sale will be conducted at the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse and bidders will place their bids online. With the implementation of online bidding, bidders need not be present at the courthouse. Please click on the following link for additional information:
2024 Notice to Tax Sale Purchasers
If you wish to attend the sale in person, a limited number of computers will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Wireless internet access will be available for bidders using their own laptop. Please note, all bids must be placed online. Live bids will not be accepted.
